The Valour Watch 1R features a lightweight aluminium build, along with a matte finish. Designed for 24-hour use, the watch claims to stay comfortable during workouts, sleep, and long days. Additionally, its 3 ATM water resistance ensures protection against sweat, splashes, and exposure to dust.
It sports a 1.43" AMOLED display with a 3D curved glass and up to 1000 nits peak brightness. The boAt Valour Watch 1R is powered by an AI-led, always-on health monitoring algorithm.

An integrated AI Coach intelligently detects activities and offers proactive health nudges to help users stay consistent and informed throughout their fitness journey.
