HMD has expanded its feature phone lineup in India with the launch of the HMD 100 and HMD 101, two devices aimed at users who prefer long battery life, essential functions and durable builds for everyday calling and messaging.

In terms of pricing, the HMD 100 is available at Rs 949 in Grey, Teal and Red, while the HMD 101 is priced at Rs 1,049 and comes in Grey, Teal and Blue. Both models are being sold through offline retail stores, HMD's official website and major online e-commerce platforms across India.

The HMD 100 is equipped with an 800 mAh battery, which the company says can deliver up to seven days of usage, 168 hours of standby time and around six hours of talk time. It gets a 1.77-inch display with a 160 × 128 resolution and a 4:5 aspect ratio. Powered by the Unisoc 6533G Chipset and running on the S30+ operating system, the phone includes 8MB of RAM and 4MB of internal storage.

Additional features include FM radio with both wired and wireless support, a speaker, microphone, Micro USB port, 3.5mm Headphone jack and a dual LED torch. Users also get text-to-speech, the classic Snake game, support for 10 Indian languages, lanyard support and the option to choose between single SIM and dual SIM variants.
