All three models feature xboom Signature Sound, tuned by Grammy Award-winning artist will.i.am, with a focus on punchy bass and clear audio for parties and outdoor events.
The flagship LG xboom Power 9000 is built for larger parties and outdoor gatherings, delivering 440W of continuous output. It uses dual 10-inch woofers and dual 1-inch horn tweeters, with sound coverage of around 2,000 square metres. The speaker also gets full-circle lighting and two strobe lights.
The Power 7000 sits in the middle of the lineup with 340W of continuous output. It is aimed at large gatherings and patios, using a 10-inch woofer and dual 1-inch horn tweeters. LG claims it can cover around 800 square metres and includes full-circle lighting with a strobe light.
For smaller gatherings, the Power 5000 delivers 260W of continuous output. It uses an 8-inch woofer and dual 2-inch tweeters, with sound coverage of around 400 square metres. The speaker also features full-circle lighting and is designed for family gatherings, casual celebrations and smaller parties.
Karaoke is a major focus across the lineup. All three speakers feature AI Karaoke Master, which can turn songs from a user's existing music library into karaoke tracks. AI Vocal Remover uses AI to remove vocals from songs, while Key Changer lets users adjust the pitch to better match their voice. Karaoke can also be started with a single touch, without requiring dedicated karaoke tracks.
The speakers also feature Multicolor AI Lighting and DJ Performance Effects to add visual effects to parties. A built-in Smart Stand provides a convenient place to keep a smartphone or tablet for displaying lyrics, while dual microphone inputs allow two people to sing together.
LG has also included AI Sound and Space Calibration Pro across the range. AI Sound adjusts the audio based on the genre being played, and then Space Calibration Pro adapts the sound output to the size and layout of the surrounding space. Sound Field Enhance is designed to create a wider soundstage, while Auracast allows compatible xboom speakers to be connected for wider sound coverage.
