Samsung Galaxy S26 Series pre-order and launch dates have been revealed via a new leak, backing the previous leaks which suggest that the devices will debut later than when the S24 and S25 series debuted in 2024 and 2025, respectively.
As per tipster
Finally, from March 11, the Galaxy S26 series will be available for everyone to purchase. While the tipster explicitly mentions these dates are for South Korea, they'll likely remain the same for rest of the world as well. Reports suggest this delay in S26 launch compared to the Galaxy S-series launches in past couple of years was probably caused due to last-minute changes in the lineup where the S26 Edge was scrapped in favour of the Galaxy S26 Plus.
According to another recent report, the Galaxy S26 series price hike is unlikely to be implemented. The publication describes it as "a bold move to simultaneously protect market share and profitability by defending sales volume instead of raising prices."
In other words, Samsung is trying to keep the prices steady to maintain sales and stay competitive, rather than increasing prices to protect its profits.
