Sony Bravia 7 II RGB TV series has been launched in India.
It features independently driven RGB LEDs, a new unique anti-glare and reflection screen, and a next-generation theatre system all developed with insights from industry experts, per the brand. Here's everything to know about it.
The Sony Bravia 7 II series will be available in India starting today through Sony Centers, Sony Exclusive stores, ShopatSC.com, major offline retail outlets, and leading e-commerce platforms.
The 55-inch Bravia 7 II has been listed at an MRP of Rs 3,59,900, while its Best Buy price has been set at Rs 2,21,990. The 65-inch variant carries an MRP of Rs 4,39,900 and a Best Buy price of Rs 2,74,990.
Sony has also confirmed 75-inch and 85-inch versions of the Bravia 7 II, though pricing details for both models are yet to be announced. These variants are expected to launch by the end of June 2026. The top-end 98-inch model is also listed as "Coming Soon" and is expected to arrive in India by the end of July 2026.
The TV uses Sony's Proprietary RGB Backlight Master Drive Pro system, which independently controls red, green, and blue LEDs for more precise colour reproduction, improved brightness control, and reduced blooming compared to conventional Mini LED displays.
According to Sony, the Bravia 7 II delivers the largest colour volume ever achieved in the company's home TV lineup. The independently driven RGB LEDs are designed to produce more accurate colours, deeper contrast, smoother gradation, and improved depth, especially in bright living room environments. Sony has also paired the display with X-Wide Angle Pro technology to maintain more consistent colours and image quality from wider viewing angles.
The Bravia 7 II lineup will be available in screen sizes ranging from 55 inches to 98 inches, offering a large-screen cinematic viewing experience while maintaining relatively installation-friendly designs. The TVs feature Sony's Immersive Frame design language with a wave-textured bezel and a transparent centre stand intended to create a cleaner floating-screen appearance.
The TV is powered by Sony's XR processing technologies, including RGB TRILUMINOS Max, XR Contrast Booster 20, XR Motion Clarity, XR Clear Image, and Smooth Gradation for improved picture quality and motion handling. HDR support includes Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HLG formats.

The Bravia 7 II runs Google TV and includes support for Google Assistant, Chromecast, Apple AirPlay 2, and Alexa. Additional features include Ambient Optimization for adjusting picture and audio based on room conditions, My Cinema mode for film-focused tuning, and Studio Calibrated modes for services such as Netflix, Prime Video, and Sony Pictures Core.
