The Tecno Spark 50 5G India launch will take place on March 27 at 12 noon. The device will be available in four colour options, such as Fantasy Purple, Mint Green, Ink Black, and Champagne Gold. It appears to have a camera bar on the back which is made of Aerospace-grade 6 series aluminium. It houses a single camera sensor and a flash.

The device looks strikingly similar to the upcoming Realme 16 5G which gets a similar camera bar on the back. Aside from this, the Tecno Spark 50 5G will be backed by a 6500mAh battery with 45W fast wired charging. It will have MIL-STD certification against drops and will support 4×4 MIMO connectivity.

The device will be available on Amazon India for purchase. Any pricing details for the handset have been kept under wraps for now. Leaks suggest it will be made available in 4GB + 128GB, 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB trims. Going by these variants, we expect the handset to have a sub-Rs 20,000 price tag but this is a speculative figure, so take it with a grain of salt.

Tecno debuted the POP X 4G phone in India earlier this month. The Tecno POP X is priced at Rs 8,499 for the sole 4GB + 64GB model. It sports a 6.75-inch IPS LCD display with a 120Hz Refresh Rate, 260 ppi, and a 20:09 Screen Aspect Ratio. It gets 720 x 1600 pixels HD+ resolution. The handset is powered by the Unisoc T7250 Processor paired with 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 64GB of storage which is expandable. For optics, the device has a single 13MP f/1.85 primary rear camera and an 8MP selfie sensor.
