Immediately after the accident, three people rushed to help the injured woman and carried her out of the crowd to get medical attention. The situation created panic among attendees as the stage activity came to a sudden stop.

Video footage from the venue later showed the fallen structure lying under decorative elements of the stage. Some attendees attempted to move it but were unable to lift it due to its heavy weight.

Reports suggested that strong winds throughout the day may have contributed to the incident, affecting equipment stability across the festival grounds.
