Cristiano Ronaldo Trolled For 'Bad Sportsmanship' After Al Nassr's AFC Champions League Two Final Defeat to Gamba Osaka | WATCH Video

Cristiano Ronaldo cut a frustrated figure after Al Nassr missed out on the AFC Champions League Two title, losing the final to Gamba Osaka on Saturday night.

The continental showdown turned out to be a tight affair, with both teams showing their defensive strength. In the end, a first-half strike by Deniz Hummet helped Gamba Osaka clinch a narrow win in the closely fought contest in Riyadh, squashing Ronaldo's hopes for winning the first major title with Al Nassr.

The Real Madrid legend was not quite able to influence the play in the ACL Two final. While on-field performance came under scrutiny, Ronaldo has also been heavily criticised for his post-match actions.

Ronaldo refused to participate in any of the post-match formalities following the disheartening defeat in the AFC Champions League Two final. Right after the final whistle, the Portuguese international headed back into the tunnel and reportedly didn't congratulate the Gamba Osaka players on their win. His gestures didn't go down well with many fans, who lashed out at Ronaldo, referring to his sportsmanship.

Ronaldo was also not present on the podium with the other Al Nassr players when the runners-up medals were distributed. He was captured expressing his discontent to some coaching staff before entering the dressing room.

As far as the domestic title is concerned, things have turned quite interesting after Al Hilal beat NEOM FC in their last league game. Al Nassr had a great opportunity to seal the championship with a victory over Al Hilal. The match, however, ended in a 1-1 draw. The Saudi Pro League title will now be decided on the last matchday, with Al Nassr facing Damac and Al Hilal going head-to-head against Al Fayha on May 21.
