Swiss women's footballer or Leicester City striker Alisha Lehmann is arguably the most recognisable female footballer in the fraternity.
Boasting over 16 million followers and an additional 11.8 in Instagram and TikTok, respectively, Lehmann has snaffled the eyeballs of the billions and most notably the tabloids. Now an unverified social media post has claimed that the 27-year-old has created an OnlyFans account.

Based on verified reports, the young athlete has not created any account on Only Fans. In January, Lehmann had started a paid subscription on Fanvue. However, there is not truth to the claims behind Lehmann creating an account on Only Fans.

Speaking to BBC Sport recently, Lehmann stated that online trolling affected her mentality when she was younger but it doesn't now and instead loves her life.
'When I was younger, it affected me more because I didn't know how to handle the situation. There were moments where I was really sad and I used to ask my mum if I could not play football anymore. Football is the thing I love the most and it's what I have put the most time into. I rest so well, I sleep every afternoon and I would never do anything before training or a game that would affect how I play. I care so much about it. People don't know how much effort I actually put in when they say 'Oh, she's not a footballer'. But now, I'm fine. I love my life and the people around me and I don't get affected by it.'
It was also in January that the star athlete completed her transfer from Como to Leicester City, having joined the former in August 2025. Her breakthrough period began between 2020 and 2023 as her career and revenue saw a meteoric rise. After featuring for Everton on women, she permanently associated herself with Aston Villa. Lehmann's Women's Super League (WSL) salary was reportedly a staggering $150000 to $200000 per year. With brands also noticing her, Lehmann's net worth crossed massively as it stood nearly $1 million in 2022. By the end of 2025, she became one of the most-followed female athletes on Instagram.
