Chiamev, who is one of the RAF's biggest acquisitions, quickly demonstrated his wrestling prowess by taking Danis down and pinning him while his shoulders were touching the mat. The referee immediately called the pin and declared Chimaev the winner. Shortly, yet the ex-UFC middleweight champion kicked Danis to the ground because he was still holding on to Chimaev's leg. This was the beginning of a huge brawl between Chimaev and Danis that turned the wrestling match into a street fight on the stage.

At Saint Louis University's Chaifetz Arena, Chimaev made his Real American Freestyle debut and won handily. A quick single-leg takedown and a pin ended the catchweight fight in Round 1, but the drama came from what happened after. The two seemed to tangle once more as Chimaev stepped off the mat after winning in 44 seconds.

The native of Chechnya lingered over Danis while his opponent was expelled. In retaliation, 'Borz' kicked his prone opponent to the ground, causing both support teams to rush in.

The 32-year-old was kept out of the commotion by the referee until the benches were removed. Before the altercation subsided, at least 20 people weighed in as team members from both sides engaged in grappling and kicking.

Following the bout, both competitors were led out of the arena and did not participate in any media appearances. However, Danis shared a video of the altercation again. It was the most repulsive scene to occur in RAF since Georgio Poullas was punched by Arman Tsarukyan following the conclusion of their first match, which resulted in a fight.
