It looks like actress Tricia Helfer has stunned many of her fans with her latest career move. In her late 50s, Helfer decided to become a member of OnlyFans, stating that it was due to the fact that she wants to have complete control over her work and live the way she likes.

As reported by People magazine, the star believes that at her age, she doesn't want any other people making decisions for her. In her opinion, becoming a member of OnlyFans means having fun and doing what she likes without losing control over her works.

As Helfer explained, her OnlyFans account would include not only selfies but also pictures taken professionally, as well as live video chats during which users would be able to ask questions. Helfer also stated that she likes giving people surprises, and even if her pictures might shock her parents, they supported her earlier endeavors, such as Playboy shoots.

Reflecting on Her Playboy Past

Reflecting on her Playboy experience from 2007, the actress viewed her participation in OnlyFans as an extension of this part of her life into the current era. Helfer stated that she sees herself as an adult woman using this channel to express her creativity, which is independent of her career as an actress.

Regarding the reaction of the audience to this news, Helfer claimed that most of them supported her decision and were okay with it. The actress admitted that some people had raised concerns; however, Helfer pointed out that she would be in control of what is happening there. In addition to her start-up enterprise, Helfer will be pursuing her acting career at the same time. Helfer is slated to star in the fifth and last season of the Netflix legal thriller The Lincoln Lawyer, which is based on the seventh novel, Resurrection Walk, in the The Lincoln Lawyer series by Michael Connelly.
