Nunna: In a heart-warming gesture, alumni of the 2005-06 SSC batchof Zilla Parishad High School located at Nunna of Vijayawada Rural mandal in NTR district donated ceiling fans to their alma mater as a token of gratitude.

The initiative followed a reunion of old students held two days ago, where they resolved to contribute towards the development of the school. As part of this commitment, the alumni handed over the fans to in-charge Headmaster Gopinath on Wednesday.

Marking two decades since completing their Class X, the old students came together to relive memories and strengthen their bond.

They also expressed their intention to extend further support to the institution that laid the foundation for their education. The alumni voluntarily pooled funds to procure the fans and said they would continue to assist the school in the future.

Their gesture was appreciated by the school authorities. Among those present were batch members Gajulapalli Naveen, Gudise Durga Prasad, Bhukya Ravi Naik, Shyam Kumar, and Nunna ZP High School Old Students' Association representative Naredla Satyanarayana Reddy.
