The point of discussions focused on improving supply quality, along with financial restructuring and mobilisation of funds for infrastructure development.

It was decided to enhance inter-departmental coordination, finalise workstream responsibilities and establish a structured monitoring mechanism along with a clear implementation roadmap. A partnership approach will be adopted in coordination with NITI Aayog for a period of 18 months during which progress will be continuously reviewed until the identified targets are achieved.
