Temple Executive Officer VK Seena Naik, accompanied by Trust Board members and temple officials, inspected the arrangements on Monday and reviewed the facilities being provided for the expected influx of devotees during the month-long celebrations.

According to Sthanacharya V Siva Prasad Sharma, the festivities will commence at 7.30 am on July 15, when the temple priests will ceremonially offer the first saree to Goddess Kanaka Durga.

The EO said devotees intending to offer Ashada Sare to Goddess Kanaka Durga must first register at Kanaka Durga Nagar, where special facilities, including cloakrooms, free footwear stands and mobile phone deposit counters, have been arranged for their convenience.

After completing the registration process, devotees will be directed through designated queue lines via the Mahamandapam ramp to the seventh floor for Bhavani Anugraha Darshan.

After having darshan of the presiding deity, devotees will proceed to the sixth floor to offer the saree and submit their registration slip.

They will then receive temple's traditional honours and blessings before proceeding to the second floor to partake of Annaprasadam, ensuring a smooth and systematic pilgrimage experience. Later, Seena Naik chaired a high-level review meeting with senior officials of NTR District Police Commissionerate to finalise security, traffic regulation and crowd management measures.

Officials decided to closely monitor devotees' movement from the registration point to the saree offering area and deploy adequate temple staff, security personnel and police at all key locations.

Appealing to devotees to cooperate with the arrangements, EO Seena Naik said every effort was being made to ensure a safe and hassle-free pilgrimage experience. Police officials assured full support for the smooth and successful conduct of the festival.
