Tirupati: Dr B Manohar, senior Professor of Paediatrics at Sri Venkateswara Medical College and Superintendent of SVR Ruia Government General Hospital, has been promoted as Additional Director of Medical Education along with 14 others serving at various medical colleges across the State.
Principal Secretary, Health, Medical and Family Welfare, Saurabh Gaur, issued orders to this effect on Thursday. Dr Manohar will continue to serve as Superintendent of Ruia Hospital in addition to his new responsibilities. Doctors, nursing staff and leaders of medical employees' associations congratulated him on his elevation.
