Five future-ready programmes in AI, product and technology management launched

Five industry-backed online degree programmes focused on Artificial Intelligence, Product Management, Project Management, and emerging technology skills has introduced by Chandigarh University, aiming to strengthen employability and future-ready learning for students and working professionals.

The newly launched programmes are designed to align academic learning with industry requirements as businesses increasingly adopt AI, automation, and digital transformation technologies. The university said the initiative reflects the growing demand for skill-oriented education that prepares learners for evolving workforce expectations.

Among the key offerings is the Online Master of Science in Data Science (MSDS), which includes modules in Generative AI, Applied AI, and Agentic AI. The programme is designed to provide learners with exposure to the complete AI ecosystem, covering both foundational concepts and practical implementation.

The university has also launched an Online MCA in Agentic AI, focusing on advanced areas such as natural language processing, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-agent systems, and large language model engineering.

In the management domain, Chandigarh University Online has introduced an Online MBA in Product Management aimed at helping students develop product strategy, innovation, and execution capabilities relevant to technology-driven industries.

Another major addition is the Premium Online MBA programme that combines business education with certifications from PwC India, Project Management Institute, and Harvard Business Publishing Education. The programme is intended to strengthen leadership, project management, and business decision-making skills.

Additionally, the university has launched an Online MCA programme in collaboration with Microsoft, enabling students to prepare for industry-recognised certifications including Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) and Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) alongside their academic degree.

The programmes reflect the increasing focus among higher education institutions on integrating industry certifications, AI-driven learning, and practical skill development into online education models.
