He remarked that Gen Z would determine the country's destiny by the 2029 elections. He explained that by the time the next elections arrive, Gen Z (the youth) would hold over 50 percent of the vote share and emerge as an influential force.

KTR noted that the impact of Gen Z forced Prime Minister Modi to post a video on Instagram at midnight. He described the situation in Delhi as a battle between the "WhatsApp University uncles" and the "Instagram kids," recalling how the students forced the Central government to yield.

He asserted that agencies like the ED and CBI would not work against these youngsters, as they are fearless. The BRS leader remarked that Modi had picked a fight with the wrong demography. He questioned who could set boundaries for social media, noting that those in power believe managing traditional media is sufficient.

KTR criticised the ruling dispensation for taking an iron-fisted approach toward press freedom. He stated that those who speak the truth are being imprisoned. He expressed concern over the gradual erosion of press freedom in the country and remarked that the very survival of the press has come under threat. He criticized governments for attempting to control the media, noting that restrictions on media freedom in the country are on the rise. He condemned efforts to influence public opinion through "media management" and "headline management." He lamented that the situation no longer allows for news to be reported objectively, pointing out that mainstream media neglected issues such as sexual assault allegations against a Union Minister's son, the Lagacharla incident, and the controversy surrounding HCU lands.
