Hyderabad: With elaborate arrangements in place, Bhagyanagar is all set to witness the grand Veer Hanuman Vijay Yatra on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti, promising a vibrant display of devotion and unity.
The annual procession, jointly organised by the Vishva Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal, is expected to draw thousands of devotees from across the city.
The yatra will commence at 9:30 am from the Ram Mandir in Gali Guda, following a yajna scheduled for 8:00 am. The procession will traverse key city routes, including Koti Bus Stand where a public meeting is planned before culminating at the Tadbund Hanuman Temple in Secunderabad for special prayers.
Organisers have made extensive arrangements along the route, anticipating large crowds participating with enthusiasm. A collective recitation of the Hanuman Chalisa is also planned at the Union Bank Junction in Koti, adding a spiritual highlight to the event. Addressing a press conference, Bajrang Dal State Convener Konda Srikanth said the yatra reflects not only devotion to Lord Hanuman but also a message of collective strength. He called upon devotees to participate in large numbers to make the event a success.
The procession will pass through major junctions such as Narayanaguda, RTC Crossroads, Ashok Nagar, and Paradise, symbolising widespread participation. With preparations complete, the Veer Hanuman Vijay Yatra is poised to be a significant spiritual and cultural event, reinforcing faith and communal harmony. This massive mobilisation underscores the deep-rooted cultural traditions and the organised coordination of various religious wings across the capital.
