A significant development has emerged in Telangana politics as senior Congress leader Jeevan Reddy met Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) chief and former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) at his farmhouse in Erravalli.
The meeting took an emotional turn when Reddy addressed KCR as "Anna" (elder brother) and appeared visibly moved. Sharing his sentiments, he remarked that he felt divinely guided to join hands with KCR, stating that he was grateful for the long-awaited opportunity to work alongside him.
Reddy also voiced concern over the current political situation in the state, expressing anguish about what he described as damage being inflicted on Telangana. He emphasised the need for collaboration at this critical juncture and reiterated his happiness at the prospect of working with KCR after a prolonged gap.
Political observers suggest that this meeting could reshape alliances, potentially influencing political dynamics not only in the erstwhile Karimnagar district but across Telangana as a whole
