It reflects the growing public trust in the State government's digital service delivery system, he said, adding that the government is taking several measures to further strengthen MeeSeva, expand its services and encourage greater public adoption. He said MeeSeva has emerged as the country's leading government online service platform, registering its highest-ever daily transactions without any disruption. "Normally, MeeSeva records 70,000 to 80,000 transactions a day. However, more than 2.20 lakh transactions were recorded on Friday alone," he said the applications for the newly introduced Family Card, Transport department services and income certificates accounted for the top three categories of transactions.

The Minister attributed the record to measures taken to improve the platform's performance, expand service availability, introduce citizen-centric services and strengthen its technological and infrastructure capabilities. He said MeeSeva was being continuously upgraded to provide citizens with faster, transparent and efficient services. The government was also committed to adding more services to the platform based on public needs, he added.
