Actor Ram Pothineni is yet to finalize his next project after Andhra King Thaluka, with ongoing uncertainty surrounding the film's direction.
While several names had surfaced earlier, the project has not officially gone on floors, leaving fans waiting for a clear update.
Initially, discussions were underway between Ram and director Vignesh, a protege of Lokesh Kanagaraj. The collaboration was believed to be almost confirmed. However, recent reports suggest that Vignesh has stepped away from the project, prompting the team to search for a new director.
Interestingly, Ram appears to be taking a more creative role in his upcoming venture. After contributing as a singer and lyricist for Andhra King Thaluka, he has now reportedly penned a story himself and is keen to bring it to the screen. The focus is currently on finding the right director to execute his vision.
There is speculation that a major announcement could be made around Ram's birthday on May 15. Meanwhile, Arka Media Works is also said to be in talks with the actor for a separate project.
With multiple scripts under consideration and discussions ongoing with several filmmakers, the big question remains: when will Ram Pothineni lock his next film?
