Telangana students and parents have reason to celebrate as the government has announced that Secondary School Certificate results for 2026 will be available via the Mee Seva WhatsApp chatbot.
Beginning April 29 at 2:30 PM, students across the state can access results instantly on mobile phones without visiting schools or websites.
The initiative is implemented by the Electronic Service Delivery Department in coordination with the Telangana Board of Secondary Education. Students can obtain marks memos by messaging the official Mee Seva WhatsApp number 8096958096. To access results, students must save the number as MeeSeva Telangana, send a Hi message, type SSC Result, select Open Service, and enter their hall ticket number. Within seconds, the marks memo is delivered directly to the chat.
Officials emphasised that this service eliminates the usual challenges of website traffic congestion during result announcements. It ensures paperless and transparent delivery of results, making it easier for families to access crucial academic information. Since its launch in November 2025, the Mee Seva chatbot platform has received an overwhelming response, becoming a fast-growing digital service delivery tool. Popular services already available include birth and income certificates, police challans, and electricity bill payments.
The addition of SSC results marks another milestone in expanding citizen-centric services. Telangana IT Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu stated that Mee Seva is being continuously upgraded to provide greater convenience and accessibility. He noted that integrating these results into the WhatsApp platform reflects the commitment of the government to leveraging technology for public benefit. This modernisation ensures that lakhs of candidates receive their performance updates through a secure and highly efficient digital channel.
