The Telangana government has made a significant decision regarding the transfer of multiple officials within the State Revenue Department, citing administrative requirements.
Official orders issued on Wednesday transferred twelve Tahsildars serving across various districts to new postings as District Revenue Officers (DROs) and Special Deputy Collectors (SDCs) for Land Acquisition, effective immediately. The government has instructed the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA) and District Collectors to submit detailed reports on these transfers and the officials' new responsibilities promptly.
Notable transfers include Nirmal Tahsildar A. Mothiram being appointed as DRO of Mancherial, B. Rajeswari from Karimnagar as DRO of Peddapalli, and K.Y. Prasad from Peddapalli as DRO of Jagtial. Other transfers involve R. Pandu from Wanaparthy to Nagarkurnool, V. Ravikumar from Khammam to Mulugu, J. Swami from Medchal-Malkajgiri to Karimnagar, and A. Pandu from Nagarkurnool to Kamareddy.
Additionally, Ch. Srikanth has been appointed as Personal Assistant to the Special Collector of Mahabubnagar. M. Sudarshan Reddy (Suryapet) has been transferred as SDC of Siddipet, M. Ramadevi (Khammam) as SDC of Nalgonda, G. Kumaraswamy (Peddapalli) as SDC of Sircilla, and N. Venkat Reddy (Karimnagar) as SDC (Land Acquisition) of Karimnagar.
