Hyderabad: The Telangana Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TG PGECET) 2026 was conducted successfully across designated centres on Sunday by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) on behalf of the Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE).
The entrance test, a gateway for admissions to M.E, M.Tech, M.Pharm, M Arch and Pharm.D (PB) programmes for the 2026-27 academic year, featured two Computer-Based Test (CBT) sessions.
The forenoon session, held from 10 am to 12 pm, was dedicated to Environmental Management, while the Nano Technology examination took place in the afternoon session from 2 pm to 4 pm. Attendance data released by Convener Prof K Venkateswara Rao revealed a moderate turnout, with participation rates ranging from 61% to 75% across exam centres in Hyderabad and Warangal.
