Samsung 2026 Q-Series soundbars have beenn unveiled by the brand alongside the Music Studio series Wi-Fi speakers.

Samsung 2026 Q-Series soundbars have been revealed by the brand ahead of next monht's CES event, alongside two new Wi-Fi speakers namely Music Studio 5 and Music Studio 7. These are claimed to deliver "richer immersion, clean expression and more unified multi-device performance." The expanded range will be showcased at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, Nevada from January 6 through January 9.

Samsung 2026 Q-series soundbars include the new flagship HW-Q990H, which Samsung claims delivers the brand's most immersive sound experience to date. It introduces Sound Elevation, a new technology that lifts dialogue toward the centre of the screen for more natural, on-screen audio placement. Samsung has also added Auto Volume, which keeps sound levels consistent across channels and content.

The 11.1.4-channel setup combines a 7.0.2 main bar, 4.0.2 rear speakers and a compact active subwoofer with dual 8-inch drivers, engineered to deliver powerful yet space-efficient bass. Up-firing channels and next-generation AI tuning expand the soundstage further, creating the scale and depth typically associated with full home theatre systems.

New to Samsung's 2026 audio lineup is the All-in-One Soundbar, the HW-QS90H, which focuses on blending performance with design flexibility. Its Convertible Fit design supports both wall-mounted and tabletop setups, while a built-in gyro sensor automatically adjusts channel output based on orientation. The 7.1.2-channel system features 13 drivers, including nine wide-range speakers, alongside a built-in Quad Bass Woofer that delivers deep bass without the need for an external subwoofer.

Samsung is also expanding its audio ecosystem with the Music Studio Series, introducing two new Wi-Fi speakers: Music Studio 7 and Music Studio 5. Both models share a distinctive dot-inspired design created by renowned designer Erwan Bouroullec, aligning artistic expression with Samsung's signature aesthetic.

The Music Studio 7 is the most immersive option in the series, delivering 3.1.1-channel spatial audio through left, front, right and top-firing speakers. Audio Lab Pattern Control Technology reduces signal overlap for clearer sound direction, while AI Dynamic Bass Control enhances low frequencies with minimal distortion. Hi-Resolution Audio support enables processing up to 24-bit/96kHz, and a super tweeter extends the Frequency range up to 35kHz for greater detail. Available in black and white, it can function as a standalone speaker or integrate with other units and Samsung TVs via Q-Symphony for a wider stereo or full surround setup.

The Music Studio 5 is designed for spaces where visual harmony matters as much as sound. Its compact, gallery-inspired form houses a 4-inch woofer and dual tweeters with a built-in waveguide, delivering clear and balanced audio. AI Dynamic Bass Control enhances depth without distortion, while Wi-Fi casting, streaming support, voice control and Bluetooth connectivity ensure seamless everyday use.

Q-Symphony has been further enhanced to allow Samsung TVs, soundbars and Wi-Fi speakers to work as a unified audio system. Users can now pair up to five sound devices with a compatible Samsung TV, with the system analysing room layout and speaker placement to optimise channel distribution for clearer dialogue and more immersive surround sound.

With integrated Wi-Fi and the SmartThings app, users can manage sound settings, group playback and streaming services through a single interface. SmartThings also enables quick music controls from connected mobile devices.
