However, they may face strong competition from Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which is scheduled to release on July 30. Since superhero movies usually attract children and family audiences, the new release could affect The Odyssey's collections.
At the same time, there are not many major Bollywood releases giving competition this week. This has helped The Odyssey maintain its momentum, especially in North Indian markets. Despite receiving mixed reviews from critics and audiences, the film's impressive box office performance has surprised the trade industry.
There are also reports that Christopher Nolan may work on a horror film next. While nothing has been officially confirmed, fans are already excited to see what the celebrated filmmaker plans after the remarkable success of The Odyssey.
