DTDC strengthens leadership team with four senior elevations across key functions

Mumbai: DTDC has announced a series of senior leadership elevations across key business functions as the logistics company strengthens its capabilities and prepares for its next phase of growth.

As part of the leadership changes, Aditya Vikram Kapoor has been elevated to Vice President - Head of India International Business; Vinod Khatri to Vice President - Security & Vigilance; Santanu Chakraborty to Assistant Vice President - Zonal Business Head, East; and Nikhil Abhishek to Vice President - HR Strategy & HR Operations. In his expanded role, Aditya Vikram Kapoor will lead DTDC's India International Business, focusing on cross-border growth strategies and strengthening the company's international network and service capabilities. Vinod Khatri, as Vice President - Security & Vigilance, will focus on strengthening DTDC's security, vigilance and operational governance framework. His mandate will include risk management and process integrity across business functions.

Santanu Chakraborty, elevated to Assistant Vice President - Zonal Business Head, East, will be responsible for driving business growth across the region, strengthening customer relationships and enhancing regional operational capabilities. Nikhil Abhishek, in his new role as Vice President - HR Strategy & HR Operations, will lead HR strategy and operations, with a focus on building people capabilities, talent and organisational development, while aligning workforce priorities with DTDC's evolving business objectives. The leadership elevations are part of DTDC's broader efforts to strengthen its senior management capabilities across business growth, operational governance, regional expansion and human resources. The company said the appointments reinforce its leadership readiness as it continues to scale operations and build capabilities across domestic and international markets.
