New Delhi: Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd. has announced the elevation of Vipin Kaushik as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective April 1, 2026. The appointment follows recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee and has been approved by the company's Board of Directors.

A Chartered Accountant and member of the ICAI, Vipin Kaushik brings over two decades of experience across corporate finance, strategy, taxation, compliance, and financial management. He has previously served as Financial Controller at Servotech, playing a key role in strengthening the company's financial discipline and supporting its growth trajectory. In his new role, Kaushik will oversee financial operations, lead financial planning and analysis, enhance risk management and compliance frameworks, and contribute to the company's strategic initiatives as it scales its global footprint in renewable energy and EV charging solutions.
