Mumbai: Indian agencies delivered a strong performance at the 36th Golden Award of Montreux Switzerland Festival 2026, securing five Gold awards and seven Finalist Certificates across multiple categories at one of Europe's most prestigious advertising and media festivals.
Mathrubhumi was awarded Gold in the Events category for Kappa CULTR 2026, while Young & Hungry won Gold in the Design category for DeVans Gin Bottle Packaging. Indian agencies also earned seven Finalist Certificates across categories. Havas was recognised for JBL in the Poster - Copywriting category. White Rivers Media received two Finalist Certificates for DS Group's Pulse, in the AI & Creative Systems category for Pulse Jagannath Yatra and the Digital, Interactive & Experience category for Scream for Pulse.
Enormous secured a Finalist Certificate for NPCI in the Poster category for Art of Progress. Tree Design was recognised in Packaging Design for Tata Tea Gold's Durga Puja Limited Edition, while Mathrubhumi earned another Finalist Certificate for OBSRV's Edakkal Caves Documentary. Hashtag Orange also received a Finalist Certificate in the Digital Innovation category for Zuno General Insurance's Safar Yeh Chill Wala campaign. Internationally, BETC Paris was named Ad of the Year for its work for CANAL+, while Serviceplan Group Germany was honoured as Agency of the Year.
