Professional cricket is set to return to the National Capital Region as the Big Cricket League (BCL) has announced the schedule for its second season.

The tournament will be held from June 3 to June 13, 2026, at the Shaheed Vijay Singh Pathik Sports Complex in Greater Noida.

The upcoming season will feature six franchise teams competing in a total of 18 T20 matches. Defending champions Mumbai Marines will also be in action as the league returns with a refreshed format aimed at combining international-level experience with emerging domestic talent.

The league follows a Pro-Am structure, bringing together 60 amateur cricketers selected from across India. They will share the field with 18 former domestic and IPL players along with 36 international stars. The list of global names includes Shikhar Dhawan, Harbhajan Singh, Chris Gayle, Ross Taylor, Thisara Perera, and Tillakaratne Dilshan.

EaseMyTrip has been confirmed as the title sponsor for Season 2, continuing its association with the league after the first edition.

Speaking on the partnership, EaseMyTrip Founder and Chairman Nishant Pitti said the first season of BCL had been an engaging experience, noting that the format successfully brought together legendary players and grassroots talent. He also highlighted the strong link between cricket and travel, adding that the company is pleased to continue its role as title sponsor.

League Commissioner Dilip Vengsarkar said EaseMyTrip's continued support reflects the growing credibility of the tournament. He added that the league aims to provide a high-quality competitive platform while giving young players the chance to play alongside top cricketing names.

Chief Patron Puneet Singh said the second season will expand in scale across competition level, fan engagement, broadcast reach, and international presence. He stated that with global cricket stars, emerging players, and strong broadcast partners, the league is building a strong sporting property that connects with audiences.

For broadcasting, BCL has confirmed coverage in India through Eurosport on television and FanCode on digital platforms. The tournament will also be streamed internationally in more than 25 countries through a syndication network.

Organisers have also announced free entry for spectators at all matches, aiming to boost stadium attendance and provide fans with closer access to international players throughout the event.
