Filmed across the globe using cutting-edge IMAX film technology, 'The Odyssey' is the first motion picture in history to be shot entirely with IMAX cameras.

The film is scheduled for a worldwide release, including across theatres in India, on July 17.

Oscar-winning filmmaker Christopher Nolan has directed this movie, bringing Homer's epic tale to the silver screen in a manner never attempted before. The film's narrative follows the perilous journey of Odysseus, the King of Ithaca, as he returns home after the conclusion of the Trojan War.

The movie features Matt Damon as Odysseus, Tom Holland as Telemachus, and Anne Hathaway as Penelope. Alongside them, the film boasts a massive ensemble cast including Zendaya, Robert Pattinson, and Charlize Theron.

Speaking about the commencement of IMAX ticket bookings for 'The Odyssey' in India, Denzil Dias, Vice President and Managing Director of Warner Bros.
