Bengaluru: A hotel that had opened just a month ago was gutted in a fire caused by a suspected short circuit at Sompura Circle on NICE Road in Bengaluru.
According to reports, the fire started on Thursday morning in an idli steamer inside the hotel due to a short circuit. The flames quickly spread and engulfed the entire building within a short time.
The hotel, named "Shuddha Tindi," had begun operations only in March.
No casualties were reported in the incident. Staff members inside the hotel managed to escape safely after noticing the fire.
