Udupi: The first phase of "Pratham Dwaraka" residential apartment project, developed by SS Properties as its sixth venture, is nearing completion on the Kalsanka-Gundibail road in Udupi.
The project comprises 71 flats with 2 BHK and 3 BHK configurations and is scheduled for completion by the end of December 2027.
Located near Kalsanka Circle, a central area of the city, the residential complex is in close proximity to key locations including shopping malls, Sri Krishna Mutt, bus stand, colleges, churches, and the railway station.
The project will offer modern facilities such as a fully equipped gym, indoor games area, children's play zone, open sit-outs, grand entrance gate with a stylish lobby, party lounge, meditation deck, senior citizens' relaxation zone, and rainwater harvesting system.
The developer stated that customer trust and satisfaction have been given priority, and flat bookings will begin only after completion of slab works up to the first and second floors. This is intended to allow buyers to directly assess construction quality, design, space, and overall progress before making a purchase decision.
The company has earlier completed projects including Pratham Pride, Pratham Abode, Pratham Vrindavan, Pratham Krishna, and Pratham Nakshatra, which have received positive feedback for quality construction.
Bookings for Pratham Dwaraka will begin on June 21. The project has approvals from leading national banks, and representatives will be present on-site to provide information on housing loans and easy EMI options.
