Bengaluru: Seven people were killed in a horrific accident after rocks from a stone quarry rolled down in the Madapattana area in the southern part of Bengaluru on Thursday morning.
Several people were injured in the accident and were immediately admitted to a nearby hospital for treatment, according to reports.
On receiving information about the incident, police and rescue personnel rushed to the spot and launched rescue operations. Search and rescue efforts are continuing amid fears that more people may still be trapped under the debris.
