The basis of allotment of Aastha Spintex was finalised on Thursday, July 2. Investors who applied for the IPO can check bid finalisation status on the websites of the NSE, the BSE and Bigshare Services.
The initial public offering was subscribed 4.64 times. It got bids for 6,31,27,240 shares as against 1,36,00,000 shares on offer, according to the NSE data.

The ₹170 crore initial share sale, with a price band of ₹125 to ₹136 per share, was a fresh issuance of 1.25 crore shares.
The objects of the issue include funding the working capital requirements, partial payment for the acquisition of Falcon Yarns, and corporate general purposes.
"The proposed IPO will further accelerate our growth strategy by supporting the acquisition of Falcon Yarns Private Ltd and enhancing our manufacturing capabilities," Aastha Spintex Promoter Chairman and Managing Director Patel Divyang Jashvantbhai said.
Aastha Spintex manufactures cotton yarn and cotton bales. Its products include combed, carded, and compact combed cotton yarn. The firm also produces cotton bales, which are utilised in manufacturing yarn and sold to other spinning mills.
