Adani Enterprises dividend: Gautam Adani-run conglomerate's flagship company, Adani Enterprises' board of directors, after their quarterly meeting on Thursday, April 30, announced a 130% dividend issue for stock market investors, subject to shareholder approval, according to an exchange filing.
The board has considered and recommended a dividend issue of ₹1.30 per share (130%) with a face value of ₹1 apiece for the financial year ended 2025-26, as per NSE data.
"Recommended a dividend of ₹1.30 (@130%) per equity share of face value of ₹1 each fully paid up for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval by shareholders of the company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting," Adani Enterprises informed the stock exchanges.
This means that every eligible shareholder will receive a dividend payment of ₹1.30 per share for every share they own in Adani Enterprises, up to one day ahead of the pre-determined record date of the corporate action.
The company decided to fix the record date of the dividend payment on Friday, June 12, 2026, to determine the eligibility of the shareholders.
Adani Enterprises Q4 results
Adani Enterprises recorded a net loss of ₹220.71 crore in the January to March quarter of the financial year ended 2025-26. The company posted a net profit of ₹3,844.91 crore in the same period a year ago, as per the consolidated financial statements.
The company's revenue from operations increased 20.3% year-on-year to ₹32,439.31 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year ended 2025-26, compared with ₹26,965.86 crore in the same period a year ago.
"Adani Enterprises has delivered yet another year of disciplined execution, stable EBITDA, and continued momentum across our core infrastructure and incubation platforms," said Gautam Adani, Chairman of the Adani Group in an official statement.
Adani Enterprises' Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) at an operational level was at ₹4,346 crore in the fourth quarter, compared with ₹4,479 crore in the same period a year ago.
