The initial public offering was subscribed 16.99 times during the three-day bidding period, according to Chittorgarh.
The ₹54.84 crore initial share sale was solely a fresh issuance of 47.28 lakh shares. There was no offer for sale (OFS) component.
The proceeds will be utilised for development of new products, working capital requirements, repayment of borrowings, and general corporate purposes.
"We believe that listing will enhance our corporate image and visibility of brand name of our company. We also believe that our company will receive the benefits from listing of equity shares on the Emerge Platform of NSE. It will also create a public trading market for the equity shares of our company," GenXAI Analytics said in its red herring prospectus.
With a price band of ₹110 to ₹116 per share, a lot consisted of 1,200 shares. The minimum investment for an individual investor was two lots or 1,200 shares.
Before the IPO, the company had raised ₹15 crore from anchor investors, including Navbharat Investment Trust, Wealth Wave Capital Fund, Astratinvest Quant Long Short Fund, Mint Focused Growth Fund PCC-Cell 1 and 1008 Bharat Growth Fund-I, among others.
GenXAI Analytics Ltd provides enterprise performance and analytics solutions across enterprise performance management, ERP, data engineering, application development and generative artificial intelligence (AI) segments.
For FY25, the company posted a revenue of ₹28.53 crore and a profit after tax of ₹6.61 crore.
