Upstox 1 week ago

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has announced Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal (IDCW) payouts for two of its schemes, with July 6, 2026, fixed as the record date.

If July 6 is a non-business day, the record date will be the immediately following business day.

The fund house has also issued an addendum to the Statements of Additional Information (SAIs) of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund and iSIF following changes in the boards of its asset management company and trustee company.

ICICI Prudential Arbitrage Fund IDCW

The trustee of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has approved IDCW distribution under the ICICI Prudential Arbitrage Fund.

The quantum of distribution is ₹0.0500 per unit on the face value of ₹10 under both the IDCW and Direct Plan-IDCW options.

ICICI Prudential Multi-Asset Fund IDCW

The trustee has also approved IDCW distribution under the ICICI Prudential Multi-Asset Fund.

The distribution has been fixed at ₹0.1600 per unit on the face value of ₹10 under both the IDCW and Direct Plan-IDCW options.

Changes in SAI after board retirements

Separately, ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company announced an addendum to the Statements of Additional Information (SAIs) of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund and iSIF.

The changes follow the completion of the tenure of two independent directors:

Ved Prakash Chaturvedi retired as an Independent Director on the Board of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company with effect from the close of business hours on June 30, 2026.

Puranam Hayagreeva Ravikumar retired as an Independent Director on the Board of ICICI Prudential Trust with effect from the close of business hours on June 30, 2026.

Following their retirement, all references to the two directors have been removed from the SAIs.

The fund house clarified that all other provisions of the Statements of Additional Information for the fund and iSIF remain unchanged, and the notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SAIs as amended from time to time.
