Infosys, India's second largest IT services company, on Thursday, April 16, announced the schedule for its March quarter (Q4 FY26) results announcement.
The company said it will hold its board meeting on Thursday, April 23, 2026, to consider and approve the financial results for the January to March quarter of the year ended 2025-26.
The NSE filing showed that the IT major will announce its quarterly earnings after the market operating hours at 3:45 pm (IST).
"Infosys, a global leader in AI-first business consulting and technology services, will announce results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 on Thursday, April 23, 2026 around 3:45 pm Indian Standard Time (IST)," the company said in its NSE filing.
Foreign investors will be able to check the financial results at 6:15 am (ET) in the United States, 11:15 am in London, and 6:15 pm in Singapore and Hong Kong.
The company will also hold a press conference from 4:30 pm (IST) on April 23, where the management will engage with the media to answer questions ahead of the earnings call. Infosys' earnings call is scheduled for 5:30 pm (IST) on the same day.

Infosys shares closed 1.06% higher at ₹1,319.20 after Thursday's trading session, compared to ₹1,305.30 at the previous market close, according to NSE data. The company announced the Q4 results date towards the end of the market operating hours on Thursday, April 16.
Infosys shares have lost 2.79% in five years, 5.27% in three years, and more than 6% in the past one year period, according to the exchange data. The IT stock is down more than 19% so far in 2026.
However, shares of Infosys are trading 5.3% higher in the past one month, but is down 1.17% over the last five sessions on the Indian stock market, NSE data showed.
The IT company's shares hit their 52-week high of ₹1,728 on February 3, 2026, while the 52-week low was at ₹1,215.10 on March 19, 2026, according to the exchange data. The company's market capitalisation (M-Cap) was at over ₹5.33 lakh crore as of the market close on April 16, 2026.
