Several companies, including grey cement producer JK Cement and real estate developer Raymond Realty, have declared their record dates for determining the eligibility of members for dividends.
Chemicals manufacturer Balaji Amines, fashion and apparel entity Raymond Lifestyle, power infra cables maker Dynamic Cables and core investment company Pilani Investment and Industries have also announced record dates for their respective dividends.
JK Cement dividend record date
The board of directors of JK Cement has finalised July 10 as the record date for the final dividend of ₹20 per fully paid-up equity share of ₹10 each for the year ending March 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM). The final dividend, if declared, will be paid within 30 days of the date of the AGM.
Balaji Amines
Balaji Amines had recommended a final dividend of ₹11 per share for approval of the shareholders at the AGM scheduled to be held on July 10. The record date is July 3.
"If the final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the AGM, payment of such dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made within 30 days from the date of the AGM," the company said in an exchange filing on Tuesday.
Raymond Lifestyle
Raymond Lifestyle has set June 29 as the record date to determine eligibility of members for the payment of a dividend of ₹1 per share of the face value of ₹2 each for FY26.
Raymond Realty
Raymond Realty's board had recommended a dividend of ₹2 per share of the face value of ₹10 each for FY26, subject to shareholders' approval at the ensuing AGM on July 14. The record date is July 3.
The dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be disbursed on or after July 14.
Dynamic Cables
Dynamic Cables has set July 10 as the record date to determine the member's eligibility to receive the final dividend of ₹0.50 per share of face value of ₹10 each for the financial year ending March 2026.
Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation
The company has set July 6 as the record date for the final dividend of ₹9 per share for FY26.
