L&T dividend: Larsen & Toubro on Tuesday, May 5, recommended a final dividend, along with reporting its earnings for the fourth quarter of the 2025-26 financial year (Q4 FY26).
In a regulatory filing in the post-market hours, the company said that its board of directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹38 per equity share with a face value of ₹2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
"The Company shall pay the Dividend after approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting, i.e., tentatively by June 10, 2026," L&T stated.
Furthermore, it fixed Friday, May 22, 2026, as the record date for the same.

L&T Q4 results snapshot
The company reported a 3.12% YoY fall in its consolidated net profit to ₹5,326 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to ₹5,497 crore in the year-ago period.
However, its revenue from operations jumped 11.25% YoY to ₹82,762 crore, as against ₹74,392 crore in Q4 FY25.
At an operational level, its EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation), also known as operating profit, climbed 4.97% YoY to ₹8,610 crore in the March FY26 quarter, from ₹8,202 crore.
L&T stock performance
Ahead of the result announcement, shares of L&T closed 1.13% lower at ₹4,054.50 per unit on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Tuesday.
The scrip has advanced 1% in the past week and 13% over the month. However, on a year-to-date basis, it has fallen 2%.
While the stock hit a 52-week high of ₹4,440 per equity share on February 24, 2026, it touched a year's low of ₹3,284.10 apiece on May 7, 2025.
Larsen & Toubro has a total market capitalisation of ₹5.61 lakh crore as of May 5, 2026, according to data on the NSE.
