Q4 results: An array of companies will post their fourth quarter earnings for the financial year 2025-26 on Wednesday, April 15. They include general insurer ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company, non-banking financial company HDB Financial Services, power transmission manufacturer Elecon Engineering Company, wireline and wireless networking products maker Tejas Networks and industrial infrastructure firm Reliance Industrial Infrastructure.

Chocolate maker Lotus Chocolate Company, broadband service provider GTPL Hathway, semiconductor IC assembly and test facility SPEL Semiconductor, mobile value added services provider Media Matrix Worldwide, NBFC Citi Port Financial Services, non-banking credit institution Nikki Global Finance and thermal overload protector manufacturer Continental Controls will also release their Q4 data on April 15.

On Tuesday, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company recorded a profit after tax of ₹609 crore in the January-March quarter of FY26, up 57.8% from ₹386 crore a year back.

In FY26, the value of new business (VNB) increased 10.9% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹2,629 crore with a margin of 24.7%. Its embedded value climbed 10.5% YoY to ₹52,989 crore in FY26.

The company, in an exchange filing, said the GST reforms implemented from September last year have made insurance policies more affordable, and its retail protection segment saw a strong 50.9% YoY rise in FY26.

The firm has proposed a final dividend of ₹1.65 per share for FY26.

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance MD and CEO Anup Bagchi said, "The total value of life cover stood at ₹46.11 lakh crore on 31 March, 2026, highlighting the strong trust our customers have placed in us over the years."
