Rajputana Stainless IPO allotment, which was initially scheduled for March 12, was postponed after the company gave applicants the option to withdraw till March 16. The action taken by SEBI was due to the circulation of video material and emails inviting investors to participate in the IPO.
Rajputana Stainless IPO, with a price band of ₹116 to ₹122 per share, aimed to raise ₹254.98 crore by offering new shares valued at ₹178.73 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) component of ₹76.25 crore by promoter Shankarlal Deepchand Mehta.
The funds generated will be utilised for expansion of the existing manufacturing unit, repayment of debt and general corporate purposes.
