Reliance Q4 results date: The Mukesh Ambani-led oil-to-telecom behemoth Reliance Industries (RIL) on Friday, April 17, released its earnings schedule for the fourth quarter of the 2025-26 financial year (Q4 FY26).
The country's largest private sector conglomerate said that its board of directors is scheduled to meet on Friday, April 24, 2026, "to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026."
The company has not announced the time to release its results. In the previous two quarters, earnings were released after market hours.
It had declared its results for the October-December quarter in the evening at around 7:09 PM on January 16, 2026. Given its record, RIL might declare its earnings between 7 and 8 PM on April 24.
Board to consider dividend
In a regulatory filing, RIL stated that its board of directors might also recommend a dividend for FY26.

Analysts meet
Reliance said it will hold an analyst meet following the board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
RIL Q3 results
RIL reported a net profit of ₹18,645 crore in the third quarter of FY26, marking a marginal increase of 0.57% from ₹18,540 crore in the same period last year.
Its revenue from operations advanced 10.5% to ₹2,69,496 crore in the October-December period compared with ₹2,43,865 crore in Q3 FY25.
Its EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization), also known as operating profit, jumped 5% YoY to ₹ 46,018 crore at the end of the December quarter compared with 43,789 crore in the same period last year.
Its operating profit margins, however, contracted by 90 basis points 17.08% as against 17.96%.
RIL stock performance
Shares of Reliance closed 1.62% higher at ₹1,365 per unit on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Friday. However, the announcement was made after the market closed.
While the scrip has gained 1% in a week, it has declined 2% over the month. On a year-to-date basis, it has fallen 13%.
The stock hit a 52-week high of ₹1,611.80 apiece on January 5, 2026, and touched a year's low of ₹1,227.60 per equity share on April 17, 2025.
RIL has a total market capitalisation of ₹18.47 lakh crore as of April 17, 2026, according to data on the NSE.
