The ₹35.33 crore IPO was a fresh issuance of 70.65 lakh shares, without an offer for sale (OFS) component.

RFBL Flexi Pack, incorporated in 2005, manufactures and trades printed multilayer flexible packaging materials. It provides an array of customised products, including plastic film rolls and pouches, needed in industries like food, pharmaceuticals and home care.
