Shares of SBI Funds Management were trading in negative territory on Monday, August 3, ahead of earnings announcement for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27.
The stock was trading 0.25% lower at ₹587.65 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at 11:47 am. It has a market capitalisation of ₹1.19 lakh crore.
Notably, this is the first time that the company will announce its earnings after listing on the stock exchanges on July 22.

Shares of SBI Funds Management, which manages SBI Mutual Fund, were up 2.37% from the IPO issue price of ₹574 apiece.
The stock had debuted at ₹613.30 apiece on the NSE on July 22, reflecting a premium of 6.85% from the issue price.

The ₹9,812.91 crore initial share sale was solely an offer for sale (OFS) component of 17.09 crore shares by promoters State Bank of India (SBI) and Amundi India Holding.
"Our company expects that listing of the equity shares will enhance our visibility and brand image as well as provide a public market for the equity shares in India," SBI Mutual Fund said in its red herring prospectus (RHP).
The IPO was subscribed 41.66 times, with bids for 5,18,95,47,480 shares as against 12,45,63,536 shares on offer, according to the NSE data.
