The initial public offering of air freight forwarding and logistics player Skyways Air Services has been subscribed 17.36 times so far on Thursday, August 27, the last day of bidding.
It received bids for 51,34,72,200 shares compared to 2,95,83,600 shares on offer, according to the NSE data until 1:23 pm.
The category for retail individual investors (RIIs) was subscribed 16.60 times and that of non-institutional investors (NIIs) received 40.80 times subscription. The quota meant for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) was subscribed 1.03 times.
The ₹582.80 crore initial public offering comprises a fresh issue of shares valued at ₹398.80 crore and an offer-for-sale of ₹184 crore by promoters and existing shareholders.
Proceeds from the fresh issue will be utilised for debt clearance, funding incremental working capital needs and general corporate purposes.
Incorporated in 1984, Skyways Air Services Ltd operates in air and ocean freight forwarding, warehousing, trucking, customs broking, and express cargo and parcel delivery.
