Renewable energy stocks were trading mixed on Monday, May 26. SHares of Suzlon Energy, Adani Green Energy and Waaree Energies were trading in the positive territory.
In contrast, NTPC Green Energy and Premier Energies were down.
Suzlon Energy
Shares of Suzlon Energy were trading at ₹54.54 per unit, up 1.43%, on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
The company's board meeting will be held today, May 25, to consider and approve the financial results on a standalone and consolidated basis for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
On Friday, the company said that it has secured a repeat order of 195 MW from Sunsure Energy, taking total sales of its 3MW platform to nearly 9 GW.
With this order, the company's orderbook in Karnataka stands at more than 2 GW, marking a key milestone in one of India's leading wind markets.
The stock was trading 0.47% higher at ₹3,011.70 per unit on the NSE. Its market capitalisation stood at ₹86,611.82 crore.
On May 15, Waaree Power Pvt Ltd, the company's wholly owned subsidiary, completed the acquisition of a 100% stake in Waaree Semicon Pvt Ltd for a total consideration of one lakh. Consequently, Waaree Semicon has become a step-down unit of the company.

NTPC Green Energy
Shares of NTPC Green Energy were down 2.18% to ₹102.11 per unit on the NSE after the company released its latest set of numbers for the March quarter.
The company had posted a 15.50% decline in its consolidated profit after tax to ₹197.05 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to ₹233.22 crore in the year-ago period.
Revenue from operations increased 46.66% to ₹912.63 crore in the quarter under review as against ₹622.27 crore a year back.
The company's board also approved raising of funds (borrowing) up to a maximum amount of ₹5,000 crore during the financial year 2026-27, through issue of secured/unsecured, redeemable, taxable/tax free, cumulative/ non-cumulative debentures (Bonds/ NCDs) in one or more tranches.
Adani Green Energy
Adani Green Energy shares were trading at ₹1,372.80 per unit, up 0.77%, on the NSE.
The stock had hit its 52-week high of ₹1,471 per share on May 15, 2026, while its 52-week low of ₹765 apiece was recorded on January 23, 2026.
The scrip has gained 0.19% in the past week and 10.99% in a month. Year-to-date, it has advanced 33.70%.
