The initial public offering of pharma and biotech player Symbiotec Pharmalab Ltd has been subscribed 18.08 times so far on Thursday, August 27, the last day of bidding.
It received bids for 23,72,84,820 shares compared to 1,31,24,929 shares on offer, as per the data available on the NSE website until 1:26 pm.
The quota for non-institutional investors (NIIs) was subscribed 47.38 times, while the portion for retail individual investors (RIIs) received 9.53 times subscription. The part for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) attracted 11.13 times subscription.
The ₹1,757 crore IPO is a combination of a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to ₹150 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) amounting to ₹1,607 crore by promoter Satwani Holdings LLP and investors India Business Excellence Fund III and Rosewood Investments.
Proceeds of the fresh issue will be utilised for debt clearance and corporate general purposes.
