In an exchange filing on April 17, firm said, "the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026."

Additionally, "the Board of Directors at the said meeting will also consider a proposal for recommendation of final dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, if any, for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company," Tata Capital added.
